Mould Concerns
Besides being unsightly, mould is unhealthy and can affect your respiratory system as well as lead to skin rashes. In many cases, your home may have mould, but is not visible to the naked eye. It becomes visible once there are between 20000-27000 spores, a way to determine if you have a mould issue is through air sampling. There are various species of mould, the most common is black household mould and can be a health hazard.
Mould is generally caused by poor air quality inside our homes, offices, schools, etc. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has in many cases stated that the air inside buildings are more polluted than the outside air and has been a cause of numerous illnesses as well as premature deaths.
